I am so sorry to hear that the DA has said there is not enough evidence to go to trial! Justice needs to be served fro what he has done. Never give up, one day things may change and he will be charged. Let's fight for Melissa! You are not alone in the fight. IM also so sorry to hear about your husband and daughter. Stay strong, and look ahead! :-)

I am so sorry to hear about your husband & youngest daughter. I know what my mom went through when she was getting chemo - good days - bad days. I will keep him in my thoughts. The same with your daughter - they will be in my prayers. I read the story about Melissa - no one falls in the bathroom like that - I feel anger about the lack of justice - they know he did it & he's getting away with it!! why didn't they charge him for leaving her in the place for days without help!!?? what goes around comes around!!! he will pay one day!
